Low-income students may be eligible for fee waivers, the standard fee for the SAT is $68. Please contact your school counselor to fill out a fee waiver form. The state will pay for your first sitting of the SAT. Make sure you register on time for your targeted exam date, so you are not charged a late fee. The SAT is typically offered seven Saturdays per year. For those students who cannot test on Saturdays because of religious observance, Sunday administrations are typically offered the Sunday after each Saturday administration. As of March 2024, the SAT is now administered in a digital format and the paper-based test is no longer offered.
